DARKSTAR PROJECT

We are moving the membership module, the company's core system, to the AWS Cloud. Rewrite the file intake process from the BizTalk Server to AWS Glue. We were rewriting WCF test client endpoints for REST API and AWS Lambda with an API gateway. We changed the DB and SQL Server to Postgres. We changed the over-normalized tables to flattened tables as part of the rewrite. The SSIS package has been converted to AWS Glue, and a few have been converted to Lambda. Reduced operational costs significantly and became more user-friendly. With this heavy rewrite, the existing functionality in the module is maintained.

I worked on rewriting the design of the membership module.
I individually managed everything from the design's rewrite to the implementation of end-to-end functional testing, integration testing, and production deployment validation.

RCM PROJECT

This project involves changing the client billing module from a monthly to a weekly cadence. To make it work efficiently, different modules were integrated into one module.

We tested existing reports, which don't impact these changes.
They are tested, and potential gaps between the modules are identified.
I worked on rewriting the design of the membership module.
Individually managed everything from the rewrite of the design to implementation.
End-to-end functional testing, integration testing, and production deployment validation.

PROJECT RIPPLE

• It is a company separating projects from Healthways to Tivity Health.
• This project required building new infrastructure for Tivity Health, and I am the SME for the Membership Application.
• Below are the duties I performed for this project.
• I have installed the BizTalk server in the QA and PP environments.
• I have installed the .NET software on the app server and web server.
• Installed SSRS reports in QA and PP.
• Installed all the Membership applications in QA and PP successfully.
• I tested the Membership application flow end to end successfully.
• Tested the File load flow through BizTalk successfully.
• I tested the reports generated through SSRS successfully.
• Created Refresh jobs from Prod to QA and PP environments.
• I tested any Enhancement, Bug, and Datafix tickets for the Membership Application.
• They maintained membership applications in the QA and PP environments so that application testers, developers, and businesses could perform their duties.
• Received the SPOT award for this project.

Experience Center Project

• I tested the new User Interface for the Customer Service Center.
• Gave ideas for the new user interface based on performance and user access points from the testing results.
• Gave the demo to the users about the new feature and user interface.
• Tested on a tight deadline, and the user appreciated the testing.

Partner Project

• Created automation script using C# code for Partner API.
• Tested API using Postman.
• Created Refresh Jobs for the Partner Project Database.
• I created an SSIS package for the automation testing of the backend services.

Platform 2020 Project

• This project changes the application flow of the membership service.
• We have created automation scripts for the Microservices.
• Tested and identified requirement gaps and delivered high-quality projects.

Membership Stabilization and MSN Project

• Worked on this project, tested the entire project as a single QA, and delivered the project with zero bugs.
• Coordinated integration testing and end-to-end testing for this project.
• Phase 2 of this project addresses flattening and testing the entire project as a single QA for five developers with various deployment times.
• Coordinated and tested this project and delivered with zero bugs.
