  • Company Overview: IBM is a global provider of IT services and solutions with dedicated industry practices in Telecom services, Health Care (Life Sciences), Banking and Financial services.
  • CA-MMIS (California Medicaid Management Information System) has subsystems and components, as well as security assessment, test plan, project schedule and cost summary report. It includes high-level diagrams of data and process flow, special considerations, assumptions, and constraints through SFD (Specific Functional Design) deliverables. CA-MMIS will process claims submitted by Providers, Govt, Insurance agents etc., for different Claim Types Inpatient, Outpatient, LTC (Long Term Care), Medical, Medical Crossover, Pharmacy.
  • Worked as System Analyst lead - handling team of 4+ people and being the onsite lead and coordinator. Deep working knowledge about different MCWeb PE Programs – COVID-19, HPE, BCCTP, PE4PW, CHDP, FPACT and DETEC EPIC resolute workflows of each PE program by validating address against Address Validation API to match USPS address followed Agile methodology.
  • Worked on implementation and Planning (Claim Adjudication System) implementation of Inmate adjudicate claims following the End-to-end cycle of resolute and Claims processing as a part of the team implemented in CA-MMIS.
  • Leaded the program of Medi-Cal EHR State Level Registry GUI existing functionality (SLR AB 434 Website Compliance), working on more than 1500 PUBs URLs regression scenarios in CA-MMIS to check ‘As is’ functionalities. Involved various other important EPIC functionalities in i.e., 837, 835 (Claim Adjudication), HL7, EDI.
  • Managing requirements gathering from Business and stake holder, planning and Project execution for all kinds of claims in end-to-end process, performing detailed Business reviews with stakeholders and BAs for validations.

  • Plan and Execute the Testing, input validations, created test scenarios and test cases based on functional documents.
  • User Interface Validations, Browser Compatibility testing and Navigation testing.
