• Extensive understanding of VFX workflow (2D and 3D) and post-production workflow
• Input applicable shot tasking and maintain shot info in ShotGrid
• Follow up with Department Coordinators and Supervisors on high priority shots
• Schedule and run episode kickoffs with key stakeholders
• Prepare and run reviews in RV with Show Production
• Input notes in Shot Grid from Supervisors and Clients
• Send approved shots to Clients with any applicable submission notes

Projects Include: Doom Patrol, His Dark Materials, All American, All American Homecoming, Riverdale, Virgin River, Walker: Independence, Lioness

• Manage tasks and priorities for Asset team
• Schedule meetings between Departments and Show Production as needed
• Maintain asset statuses on ShotGrid so data is current
• Keep applicable stakeholders informed of high priority asset progress
• Organize Asset references for ease of artist use

Projects Include: The Flash, Supergirl, Batwoman, Doom Patrol, Just Beyond, Riverdale, All American, Afterparty, Virgin River, Black Lightning

• Contact production studios to inform them of CCI services
• Facilitate contracts with new vendors
• Alert artists and facility members of client reviews, meetings, etc
• Transcode media and creation of proxies
• Upload media to Aspera.
