Hi, Grace here! In my experience as a shift leader and server, I demonstrated strong customer service while monitoring employee performance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. As well as, managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring the quality of product was up to standard prior to use or sale. Responsibilities included training new employees, processing transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and providing exceptional service to customers. Multitasking abilities were essential during peak hours, ensuring efficient management of customer inquiries and concerns. These experiences highlight my capability to handle administrative tasks and support client interactions effectively. I am new to this world and trying to find my direction as I am young but would love the opportunity to get my foot in the door. I’m a very open minded, hardworking individual that thrives in fast paced environments. Although I don’t have the experience of most, I am eager to learn new skills and am capable of learning quickly. I would be grateful for any opportunity that comes my way!
