Grace McCarthy

Sophomore undergraduate student at Cornell University pursuing a bachelor's degree in biological sciences with a concentration in neurobiology and behavior and working towards a career in medicine. Areas of interest within the medical field include infectious disease, neurobiology, sports medicine, and surgery.

Screen members of the Ithaca community for kidney disease and increase early diagnosis; help spread knowledge and therefore increase prevention of a life changing disease; serve on the events subcommittee to organize events and activities within the club and build a sense of community among members

Cornell Surgical Society — 2023 to Present

Explore different careers within the surgical field; actively learn basic surgical skills such as scrubbing and suturing

Cornell Pre-Professional Association Toward Careers in Health (PATCH) — 2023 to Present
