While attending middle school in Harlan Kentucky, I was on several champion cheer teams, I have had 6 years of dance and gymnastics. I was member of Jr. Homemakers where I learned to sew and quilt, the Teen Club where Leadership was the main focus. I attended 4-H summer camp, teen summit and teen conference during my time in the teen club. I was awarded the Silver Medal in Leadership Achievement. I spent many hours volunteering with the teen club, doing community clean up and present wrapping with our community Santa, visits to the nursing home and park clean ups after Kids Fun Day. I was a summer camp cabin leader for 3 years and attended camp since I was 7 years old. I feel like these experiences have led me to be a well rounded individual with leadership qualities that I would like to work and develop more through any future job.
