I started my small business of painting banners for my community and the people around it. The reason I started this business was I love painting, I love art and I wanted to be able to offer this to my community. This is something I do as a hobby and I am absolutely blessed to be able to be booked 2-3 weeks out every month. This has shown me more of the booking aspect and doing a thorough walk-through with each customer to understand what they want on each banner and being able to deliver that to them.
I started at Tractor Supply Co. in March of 24'. I have gained so much experience here, over the summer of 2024 I was able to accept a temporary role (due to me going back to school) of being a Team Lead. My role as a Team Lead was closing at night, opening the store, and being able to build my team up. I gained SO much experience from this. But, due to returning to school full time, I had to return to being an associate. This job allows me to connect with customers and navigate and become better at customer service.
