Thanks to a program that was offered at Woodstock North High school, myself along with my peers were able to get our Associates of Arts at the same time as our high school Diploma. The program was called Dual Degree and ran through Mchenry County College. This program taught me a lot about time management and multitasking, I had to learn not only to balance high school classes with life but also taking college class during the school year and during summer in order to get through the program. I am very grateful I was able to participate in the program and all the life skills that it taught me in the process.
