Gracie Schneider

• I greet and welcome in guest and seat them based on how many are in their party and different seating preferences and needs

• I greet tables and receive their drink order, make drinks, then bring drinks to the table,

• I receive tables food orders and answer any questions they may have about the menu, tend to dietary restrictions and allergies, put their food order in accurately and in a timely manner, make any toast needed and plate certain sides, bring out appetizers and dipping sauces, and bring out their meals when ready

• I tend to my tables, multitasking and frequently checking up on them, bringing them refills, napkins, extra condiments and anything else to enhance their dining experience

• I bring tables the check and check it out for them at the counter, handling cash and cards, giving back correct change amounts and giving back receipts for customers to sign

• I also bring any to go boxes, to go drinks, or anything else they need to leave the restaurant happy and satisfied

• On multiple occasions I have handled complaints, conflicts, and helped resolve these in any way I could

• I work closely with my coworkers to help them out in anyway I can and so we can all work together at our best, and build good relationships

•I have trained new waitstaff on working in the restaurant industry and learning our menu and ways to do things

• I make sure our restaurant is clean and do side work through out the night to make sure everything stays clean and organized and closing is easier for everyone

• Fostered a safe and happy environment for kids while going through daily activities, promoting social skills and developmental skills among them
• Taught age-appropriate educational programs tailored to different learning needs
• Kept a clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, while also keeping up with my cpr certification
• Talked with parents to discuss children's progress and address concerns effectively.
