I began working at a local coffee shop as a barista, where my responsibilities included preparing a wide variety of beverages and ensuring that every customer had an enjoyable experience. After demonstrating strong performance and customer service skills, I was promoted to Shift Supervisor. In this role, I took on greater leadership responsibilities such as training new employees, overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service, continuing to provide excellent guest interactions, and supporting the team while still preparing drinks as needed.

I began my career at Chick-Fil-A as a General Team Member, where I gained experience in multiple areas including taking drive-thru orders, preparing milkshakes, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. After a few months, I was promoted to the Hospitality Team, a role focused on ensuring that every customer interaction reflected Chick-Fil-A’s high service standards. In this position, I supported and coached team members on hospitality best practices while helping foster a positive and efficient guest experience.
