Summary

Over thirty-three years in law enforcement as a police officer, training manager, and certified instructor has allowed me to develop professional experience in multiple disciplines in the criminal justice system. Tenure in the filed as a police officer and continuing education in the classroom as a graduate student has allowed me to develop an understanding and knowledge of multicultural issues in public service industry. My goal is to utilize personal experience and education from Texas A&M University Commerce's Competency Based (BSCJ) and the Applied Criminology (MS) programs to educate students in the university's criminal justice program.
