Worked with stakeholders from Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Sales Operations, and Product Development plus the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
The key to this project is the close collaboration between the third-party project manager and myself.
Led the effort to migrate billing subscriptions to Salesforce CPQ.
Managed two third-party vendors. The overall project was approximately $186,000 ($36,000 for billing subscription cleansing and $150,000 for data migration).
Worked closely with Accounting Subject Matter Experts (SME) to mitigate risk and consulted with the CFO and Accounting Vice President on critical decisions and scope management.
The project’s success was primarily due to the close collaboration of these two executives.
Led the effort to implement a short-term self-service employee portal by enhancing the Confluence application with a modest budget of $28,000 while assisting in the vendor selection for a long-term solution.
Worked closely with the HR team plus the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
The lesson learned of this project is that business priority is fluid.
The vendor selection for the long-term solution was placed on hold for over a year while the PMO focused on more critical projects.
