Over my senior year of high school I participated in a class that was specialized towards the fundamentals of Engineering. I worked on projects with a small group of team members to fabricate a product and then pitch our findings and design to facility in front of the organization. I fabricated a working life size pinball machine, squirrel proof bird house/feeder, and many other designs and won top of my class in each project. I was awarded the Engineering Design Award due to my ability to perform and lead a team and create and iterate a product successfully throughout the year.
