Power generation and distribution

Domestic water pumping, filtration, treatment, storage,distribution. Testing and reporting to the state.

Septic pumping, distribution to fields. Take yearly testing report to the state.

Repair, maintain, upgrade geothermal wells and distribution systems.

Interact with guests on a daily basis.

Provide systems tours on a regular basis.

Be on call for emergencies.

• Mended fences in disrepair to prevent livestock from wandering off and to keep predators out.
• Performed repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and property.

Hired on as electrician and plumber. After two years was promoted to Facilities Supervisor. Supervise 50 man crew of various tradesmen, room mechanics, landscapers in all aspects of facility maintenance, repair, remodel of 900 room hotel, casino, convention center.

Framing, concrete work, roofing, siding, finish work.

Journeyman plumbing, sheet metal fabrication and installation. Heating, air conditioning equiptment installation and repair.

• Used hoisting and rigging equipment to move heavy machinery and equipment.
• Made repairs and modified equipment by welding, soldering and brazing to avoid production delays.
• Adhered to all workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances.
• Aligned and leveled machines using precision measuring instruments to avoid unnecessary wear and tear.

• Placed explosives and performed mine-sweeping activities on land.
• Located mines through both visual means and use of mine detectors, neutralizing all enemy threats and booby traps.
• Trained in use of tear gas, passive ordnance, and explosives.
• Directed installation and removal of minefields in combat operations areas, often working under time constraints and in volatile geographic areas.
