• Responsible for successful implementation and maintenance of Corporate EHS polices and procedures in four US production facilities and one facility in the Dominican Republic.
• Supervised the activities of three EHS Coordinators. Facilitated successful registration to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Was responsible for the successful implementation of OHSAS 18001 in three US Plants and one in the Dominican Republic. Responsible for the successful registration to ISO 45001 in four US Plants.
• Responsible for scheduling EHS internal audits in all five Plants located within the Division. Was lead auditor for many EHS audits for 10 years.
• Completed BSI Lead Auditor Training Program for ISO 145001 and ISO 45001. Presently a certified lead auditor.
• Completely responsible for Facility Management Department in Yankton SD which included the development of Capital improvement projects and advised the other four Plants within the Division on Capital improvement projects also.

• Due to company merger, assumed EHS responsibility for three additional US Facilities and one in the Dominican Republic.
• Responsible for helping to facilitate the transfer of Vishay EHS policies and procedures to the newly acquired facilities and helped register ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001.
• Directly responsible for the Facility Department in divisional headquarters and provided support to the Facility Departments in the new facilities.

• Managed the day to day functions of the Facility Maintenance Department including completion of requested work orders, remodeling projects, coordination of bids and contracts with contractors for completion of capital improvement projects.
• Assisted the HR Department with Plant security and maintained valued relationships with a number of facility maintenance services vendors.
• Continued management of the EHS Department.

Supervised the 2nd shift for one year and returned to the first shift to manage two production lines and 40 plus employees.

Managed all aspects of the EHS Department including compliance to Corporate EHS policies and OSHA required safety programs. Responsible for internal auditing of the EHS program and successful registration to and surveillance of ISO-14001.

Supervised the Receiving/Inspection Department including three inspectors. Managed all aspects of the Supplier Development Program including the issuance of Supplier Corrective Action Requests for non-conforming materials and follow up with suppliers on their corrective actions.

Member of internal audit team for ISO 9001 and TS 16949.

Responsible for supervising 50 plus production operators and all Production activities on the 2nd shift. Responsible for overall product quality, on time delivery performance and the safety of all employees by ensuring all safety requirements were met. Represented the 2nd shift on the Facility Safety Committee.
