Started as a service advisor in the service department, where I helped doubled the gross profit percentage in my first year. And when the position for a the parts manager open, I was recommended by my service manager for the position. I rapidly stepped into the position where I also grew the gross profit percentage by twice the amount of my predecessors. And I’m currently holding the position of Parts manager.

Prior experience was in Asphalt and concrete, with no dirt work experience, I was hired on as a skid steer operator. But was promptly running crews in erosion control where I got certified thru TDEC, and inspected all job sites with weekly inspections, and documented potential hazards and ensured issues were fixed before it grew in problems. I was also trained on GPS system for layouts of the new job sites to ensure we stayed in state guild lines for our permits, restrictions and buffer zones for natural water ways. Brian purchased Asphalt pavers and milling machines and had me oversee operations of both crews. I also ran a small finishing crew in the DR Horton subdivisions and other smaller job sites.
