Built the Digital Services dept. from scratch. Within 3 years the team grew from 1 to 20 Digital operators. During this time, I also built the QA team (10 operators) to support all operations to ensure content being delivered was to client spec. The I/O team, consisting of 10 operators, were also under the Digital Services Managers umbrella.
