- Maintain customer relations with large and small accounts.
- Manage large strategic accounts including Roche, PepsiCo, Ashley Furniture, and Cummins.
- Responsible for hiring & training new staff employees, terminations, and coaching & counseling as needed.
- Complete final interviews on candidates for higher level positions.
- 4 direct reports.
- Required to meet budget and expense targets.
