As an Equal Opportunity Specialist I performed Audits of federal contractors. Specifically, I statistically analyzed employment data (hires, terminations, and promotions and compensation) from wide variety of employers in order to determine compliance with legal requirments. Other duties include performing research for jurisdictional challenges, tracing company lineage, performing contract coverage research, as well as explaining and interpreting federal regulations to contractors, consultants, and attorneys.

As a Territory Manager, I supervised 4 Driver Salesmen and a Route Supervisor while servicing and maintaining customer relations for over 260 accounts representing $2.5 million in sales in East Texas. I was also responsible for acquiring new accounts and determining the profitability of each account with respect to company standards of performance. In addition, I coordinated promotional ad campaigns as well as sales and delivery schedules for several grocery stores and school districts in East Texas.
