I started off running basic trouble calls which means helping customers learn equipment. I now repair and replace bad lines and customers home. I also do alot of trouble shooting to fix problems the customers are having. I use a 28 foot ladder to repair taps poles. I also one of the highest customers Service grades.

I started off as a unloader. Which means i would unload glass coming from out of the oven. Responsible for measuring the glass an making sure the correct tags where on them.I then got promoted to a cnc operator. I learned how to program the machine to cut out the precise measurements. I would have to make sure the area was well keep also the machine. I also drove i forklift to empty any broke glass and the dumpster.
