I'm a hard-working, determined individual who started with a step into an auto tech tire shop known as Discount Tire for my first job. When I was there, I was a detail-oriented service technician who was beginning to gain expertise in installation and repair. I showed my proven ability to work efficiently with a group as well as by myself. I was able to hold conversations with customers while also being able to keep track of the main task at hand. While working, I developed technical and problem-solving skills in a high-demand, customer-focused environment, with a focus on ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency, and looking to transition into a new field, leveraging expertise in other jobs where I can provide any necessary services. Strong ability to adapt and apply technical knowledge to new challenges and opportunities. I maintained a positive attitude at all times so I could set an example for some of my coworkers to stay cool under pressure. I want to keep my options open no matter the job, and I will strive to be as efficient as possible.
