We were the core of the hotel, talking to different hotel guest and non-hotel guest about room, dining, show,spa and gaming. We were the concierge of the hotel before the guest arrived. We were to know everything that was coming up with the property to help with honeymoons anniversaries conferences, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties working for a 5 star hotel, we were trained by Forbes we had a high quality assurance evaluation.
