Accomplishments

- With Step Up Savannah, designed, launched and, for ten-years, served as the instructor for The Neighborhood Leadership Academy. This program resulted in creating a critical mass of community residents with the skills to advocate for the improvement of their neighborhoods by organizing residents, representing their communities on local boards and commissions and a few, serving as elective officials.


- At Brown University, led a six member team in the completion of a five year applied research project that resulted in the establishment of a principal's collaborative leadership program with a cluster of K-12 public schools in Boston.


- Appointed by Secretary of HUD to serve on the Chicago District Federal Home Loan Bank Board
