Operation Defender Fig
I have worked at the ICE Lumpkin Location, working for multiple divisions: Division 1 ERA (Docket), CAP, and FUG OPS.
In Division 1, as an ERA, I learned how to organize each file type and how to use EARM, Eagle, ECAS, and RAILS.
As a CAP Processing assistant, I learned how to book people in on Eagle and the biometrics needed to be collected. How to get past case information from EARM and Planet.
As A FUG OPS assistant, I learned how to use ELITE, how to search for viable subjects, and how to clear out old information given to me by the deportation officers after the information has been confirmed nonviable.
