Pratt Communications was a low voltage communications company, with contracts with Time Warner, Comcast, Cox, Spectrum, Charter, Verizon and others, Starting out as a field technician, in 1993,over the years, I was promoted to the position of Regional Manager, with contracts in Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County, CA. This position involved overseeing upwards of 100 employees.
Priding myself in being a firm, but fair manager as well as a problem-solver with talents for team building, leading and motivating, with excellent customer relations aptitude and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company goals. Dedicated to applying training, monitoring and morale-building abilities to enhance employee engagement and boost performance.
Pratt Communications closed its doors in December, of 2023 due to the decline in the workload, available from our clients.
