Drive market pharmacy financial performance by ensuring that clinical service delivery is generating revenue in a cost-effective manner, improves margin, and develop a return on investment
Directing pharmacy managers in controlling expenses related to clinical services (for example increasing efficient use of clinical time) to reduce costs while maintaining a high level of patient care
Provide guidance and training to pharmacists and technicians in procedures related to clinical care of our patients
Ensuring the market meets clinical service delivery metrics
Develop and implement care strategy and clinical pharmacy programs for the market by analyzing pharmacy date to determine clinical services (for example MTM, immunizations, and test to treat services)
Develop relationships with local health care providers to ensure successful program implementation and organize community health events (for example free health screenings and vaccines)
Provide expertise, resources, and support to pharmacists and field leadership by serving as a subject matter expert and modeling best practices for clinical pharmacy services, delivery techniques, and patients counseling
Respond to clinical and compliance inquiries from in-store pharmacists and influence proactive participants in all patient care initiatives
Ensure continuous quality improvement in patient care and pharmacy clinical services by training pharmacists on standard operating procedures and quality initiatives
Monitoring and evaluating pharmacy performance on quality initiatives and patient outcomes
Drive compliance in the delivery of clinical pharmacy services by educating pharmacists and technicians on appropriate licensure and certification requirements and ensuring staff is compliant with regulatory requirements and corporate policies
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance standards
