
I love my current job but it is always something with upper management that just makes the work place very hostile. I have been the best seller for almost 2 years now, selling memberships and a good conversion is what I spend the day focusing on. My daily responsibilities are schedule,inventory,ordering,phone calls with customers, cash deposits and daily meeting with my employees. I learned from my general manager that if you invest in your people they will invest in the company so I absolutely focus on a good relationship which each employee at all time. Daily goals are set for myself and my team. When I enter the work place from the time I leave I give it my all, I am also very used to working overtime since most the time we are short staffed.
