As a Forensic Case Manager, I helped launch the Cougar Re-Entry Program through a grant given to Kean University. I helped justice involved individuals obtain jobs and created basic skills workshops that included time management, interview skills, and resume building. I worked one on one with clients to achieve successful job interviews and assist the client in getting a job.

As a Peer Mentor Coordinator (PMC), I facilitated and nurtured peer mentoring relationships. I oversaw 30-50 mentoring relationships, maintained contact with their mentors, and answered mentor and protege questions. In addition, I provided early awareness to the professional staff of at-risk students by tracking their protege's progress throughout their first year in college.

• I used cash registers and credit card machines to cash out customers.
• I streamlined order processing for increased efficiency through clear communication with kitchen staff.
