Haley Bowman

As a member of Boones Creek Baptist Church, I have volunteered with the Children's Ministry for the past 4 years. I have been involved in the teaching of our Children's Church aged kids and provided support where needed on our Children's Ministry team including volunteering for VBS and, under Becky Thompson and Pastor Jason Royston, helping direct VBS in July 2024.

I have been actively involved in our Youth Ministry at Boones Creek Baptist Church for the past 4 years. Including supporting our Youth Ministry leaders, Sam and Aya Nickles, Dale White, Issac and Macey Depew, and Pastor Jason Royston. I have helped with teaching, chaperoning, and organizing food rotation and special events.

I have volunteered in our nursery at Boones Creek Baptist Church the past 3 years. I help keep the babies and toddlers entertained in a safe environment mostly during Sunday School.

As manager it is my job to ensure my staff has what they need to succeed at their jobs. I oversee customer relations and maintain a positive work environment. My responsibilities also include scheduling, accounting, and inventory. I address conflicts, resolving disputes quickly, and am hands on in the training of staff. This is a position that requires multitasking and being hands on with staff and customers alike.
