Create crew sheets for supervisors everyday that includes the address of and directions to the sites their crew will be working that day, their crew members and contact info for the their crew and the superintendent.

Check in daily with all supervisors and superintendents to ensure our work is being done efficiently.

Check on crew task sheets and evaluations to be sure our crews are doing their best work possible.

Make sure every crew has all lof their needed supplies everyday including brooms, buckets, hardhats, crew sheets, task sheets, food and gas.

In charge of driving crew to and from the jobsite and school drop off.

Keep in contact with the superintendent for more tasks to do throughout the day and give updates on completed tasks.

Complete daily task sheet detailing everything we did in the day and make sure we give a copy to the superintendent and a copy to the program manager.

In charge of training new crew members and support their growth in their new roles. As well as giving constant coachings for the crew to help them grow better in their roles as well.

Teach and maintain worker responsibilities such as:

Detail sweep houses under construction

Pick up trash and material in the streets, gutters and lots all around the construction site

Break, stack and or organize piles of lumbar or bigger materials around the construction site

Landscaping clients homes or areas around the construction sites.
