Through my experiences at Fareway, I have learned the importance of time management, and social relations. I have found myself managing stressful situations and completely multiple tasks in a timely fashion. I’ve been able to make connections with customers which greatly improved their experience at Fareway Stores.
Before Fareway I had volunteered in many school activities holding positions as a Library Assistant, Choir Librarian, Speech Coach, and Club Secretary. Through these positions I’ve had I’ve learned the importance of organization, planning, and effective communication.
As a library assistant I was able to organize books checked in to the library and help run the circulation desk while building a rapport with the school librarians. As a choir librarian, I had a very similar job but I was organizing sheet music to the teacher’s specifications. During my time as a speech coach, I had to learn effective communication and was the only student coach to get my freshman team to state that year. My work as a club secretary taught me how to better organize my time and communicate with club members about meeting times and activities.
I did Speech all throughout high school and made All State on four separate occasions, once during large group and three times during individuals.
I received awards for my grades from freshmen to junior year of high school.
I was chosen to be a part of an honor choir my senior year of high school.
I have five certificates of different aspects of digital archiving.
