I worked as a Medical Assistant for an OB/GYN office. I had the responsibility of rooming patients, getting their vital signs, and scribing for the provider throughout the appointment as well as assisting in procedures when needed. I learned to have good patient care and phone etiquette as I called patients every day to review lab results and schedule appointments.
