- Established and maintained strong relationships with travel ball softball coaches, parents, umpires and local governments to attract teams to the 40+ tournaments per year we host in Central Florida and the Panhandle.
- Directed tournaments, including scheduling, answering rules questions, and recruiting teams to play in tournaments.
- Worked with the Florida State Director and the Southeastern Area Director to successfully grow our tournaments into new areas of the state.
- Served as an Umpire-In-Chief for the USFA World Series 2020-Present, an event that routinely hosts 250+ teams over a two-week period.

- Enjoyed great success on the field, winning over 70 percent of our games and winning numerous local and state tournaments while three times finishing in the top 10 of World Series events.
