The end goal was always to hand over a safe, functional, and beautiful home.
- Associate (August 2021- March 2022): Assist the Construction Managers in a designated area. Learn the ins and outs of scheduling, performed quality control, assisting with client walk-throughs, and taking care of odds and ends throughout over 100 homes.
- Intern (May 2021-August 2021): An introduction to the world of homebuilding. Shadowed an experienced Construction Manager throughout the summer while learning how to successfully build a home while providing clients with a great experience.
