At 7 brew i learned a lot about leadership and how to run a shift. I was required to oversee all operations in a fast paced environment.

In this position i learned to brew high quality coffee, pour overs V60, and Chemex. I learned a lot about the bean roasting process and how that affects the coffee. I am also versed in how to brew cold brew and dialing machines. I was required to learn big flavor profiles for specialty coffees and cold brews.
My first introductions to cafes. Here i gained coffee basics, how to pull shots, what to look for in shots, steam milk properly and the different ratios to make specific drinks. With that I provided quality beverages, protein shakes, and food in a cafe setting.
