  • I have been fully successful in all my duties. As a Quality Assurance Inspector B, all my work is in compliance with private sector and defense contracting management agency guidelines. Given the fluid and evolving nature of my work, I regularly attend and participate in on-the-job training necessary to maintain and acquire the necessary technical knowledge to fully, accurately, and independently perform my duties. These duties require me to monitor various manufacturing processes to meet contract requirements and when necessary, delegate support processes to streamline the production process. This system’s process review allows supply chain operations to remain efficient to meet industry demands. With an attention to exact detail, I would analyze this data to determine the effectiveness of the process and the overall quality of the manufactured products. I use various computer software systems to quantify and collate data in order to interpret and apply technical data and brief senior supervision.   • For two years, I was fully successful in performing the duties of a hospital pharmaceutical technician. This included the preparation of various sterile compounds such as chemotherapy medications and pediatric IV’s, which required specific knowledge of aseptic technique and technical calculations. I took part in conducting annual and biannual media fill compounding assessments for all pharmacy employees that were involved in the sterile compounding process. I coordinated and conducted the environmental testing and air sampling for pharmacy areas in accordance with regulatory standards. I took part in conducting biannual laminar flow hoods and biological safety cabinets inspections and certifications. I maintained and updated compounding compliance records in accordance with regulatory guidelines. I conducted onsite training in proper aseptic technique for new pharmacy employees. I created and maintained standard operating procedures and policies to ensure standardized adherence across all facilities to meet regulatory requirements. I reviewed monthly and yearly compounding records and staff compounding performance records. I assisted with remedial and in-service training as needed.
