Currently I am training supervisor in Click FMP360 and Quick Base.

My roles and responsibilities include the following

• Onboarding and offboarding of users in FMP360
• Reporting staffing updates to SCE in a timely maner
• Creating and attending biweekly meetings to discuss how the program is running and to listen and respond to any questions or concerns SCE has with our work
• Picking up and setting up SCE devices for new users
• Resolving in field issues with devices
• Gathering the iPad and accessories and retuning them to SCE after a user has left the company
• Closing notifications in FMP360 on behalf or the foreman
• Scheduling all work in click and updating the status as well as adding critical notes to the work order
• Sending out communication when work orders are not assigned to our company in click
• Quick base - responding to requests for reports to be made
• Training individuals in the company on how to use quick base
• Uploading information from excel into the database on a daily bases

• Enhanced database performance by optimizing queries and implementing indexing strategies.
• Reduced data redundancy with the normalization and proper design of database tables.
• Streamlined data retrieval processes by designing and implementing stored procedures and functions.
• Improved data accuracy through the creation of validation rules and constraints in database schema.
