EKG:

• Perform electrocardiogram (EKG) procedures proficiently and accurately.
• Attach electrodes to the patient's chest, arms, and legs in the correct positions for optimal signal acquisition.
• Operate EKG machines to record and interpret cardiac activity, including heart rate, rhythm, and abnormalities.
• Recognize and troubleshoot technical issues with EKG equipment to ensure accurate readings.

Phlebotomy:

• Perform venipuncture and/or fingerstick procedures to collect blood specimens from patients.
• Verify patient identities and confirm specimen labels match patient information to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a sterile environment during blood collection procedures to prevent infection and cross-contamination.
• Label blood specimens accurately and complete necessary paperwork to ensure proper specimen identification and tracking.

• Facilitate the buying and selling of residential and commercial properties by connecting clients with suitable listings or buyers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and trends, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and negotiations to achieve their real estate goals.
• Create and maintain listings for properties, including detailed descriptions, high-quality photographs, and virtual tours.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light to potential buyers.
• Represent clients during negotiations with buyers or sellers, advocating for their interests and securing favorable terms.
• Assist clients with completing paperwork and contracts, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
