Currently working to adopt use of Saleforce to track retail brokers from first contact, appointment process, associated agencies, number of policies, license dates/states, appointments and general contact information. This will enable all Retail Departments to efficiently add information to 1 source. This will reduce duplicate efforts, create ability to run accurate reports.
