I am writer and content creator with a passion film reviews, commentary, and history. By day I have worked as a stylist in the bridal world, but behind the scenes I have been building my writing portfolio and social media following to create a world curating all my interests into something that's starting to gain a reach. I feel this is now my chance to move into the world I want to be in and use my special blend of wit, humor, and critical thought to drive audiences to watch and learn about modern and classic cinema from across the world.
Hey Alma is a online publication focused on Jewishness femininity and feminism. Hi Shelli is an online publication focusing on nostalgia and topics revolving around Queer experiences and Black identity. I wrote an article last year, covering the second season of the Ryan Murphy FX anthology series, Feud: Capote vs the Swans. The article focused on what I expected Feud to be about and teach audiences based reading the book Capote's Women, which what the second season of Feud is based on. This was a real collaborative piece with the editor and chief and founder of Hi Shelli, Shelli Nicole.
