- As part of Geek Squad field services partnership with Accenture, I lead an installation team on multiple commerical projects that were part of a national McDonald's initiative called Project Sundae. The purpose of this large scale project was to upgrade the network infrastructure of every McDonald's restaurant across the nation to be equipped with modern Google edge servers to provide extremely low latency computing power for future Ai integration and technology. We oversaw the installation and configuration of all new network access points, switches, routers, rooftop LTE cradlepoint antennas, server racks. in addition to installation, we also provided ongoing technical support and troubleshooting of various IoT equipment such as security cameras, iPads, menu boards, registers, printers, workstation PC's, and telephone systems.
- I personally oversaw these projects and lead teams during the day and throughout the night. I was the point of contact on site and responsible for coordinating with restaurant managers and staff to ensure minimal service downtime.
- I was responsible for meeting with state and county inspectors to ensure all of our work that required a permit was up to code and pass inspection.
- I coordinated with vendors and operations managers to resolve shipment errors and DOA equipment solutions.
