  • This job consisted of coordinating with technicians via email and phone to carry out and perform certain work on government grounds.

  • Assignments began with scheduling technicians from numerous contractors to work on surveying various sites in preparation for installation. I then examined the data that the survey had collected. After that, I would decide which business is the best in terms of efficiency, safety, and cost.
  • In this position, I picked up telecom knowledge rapidly, and the employer was pleased with my ability to retain and apply knowledge effectively. For instance, analyzing government contracts and identifying minor errors that could significantly affect the installation procedure.
  • This job also entailed the need of having to investigate and resolve certain issues that arose. Issues such as underground lines affected by nearby work, the weather, and equipment issues onsite. Buildings such as the White House can have certain outages where the internet or voice lines are down.

  • This role covered all incidents from a variety of products, covering GGS queries, PDL, Data cleaning, email multi-system, maintenance, and support of ‘monitoring products' (also referred to as ‘international risk tracker' or ‘IRT'). In adjacent to these products. I also cover certain 3rd parties products such as white labels, safe alerts, global events import (failure of import jobs), footprints, and PDF services.
  • Setting up clients on our API products via the back-office website globally.
  • Collaborated with the product team to provide beneficial fixes for broken products.
  • Monitor and respond to API incidents, using a raw response in JSON or XML format to identify problems within the API.
  • Work with product group managers to collate user guides and FAQ documentation for all group products, these documents are then made available to sales and support teams across the group.
  • Utilize a thorough understanding of Creditsafe products and related systems when addressing query escalations from account managers and local entity support teams. Thus ensuring that issues are resolved within given SLA times and aid in identifying potential training issues.
  • Work to identify process, and technical improvements to enhance the way issues are reported to IT.
  • As the product manager for a global product, this involved addressing significant issues with the product and advising developers on when to publish any upgrades.
