My name is Harrison Dean. I go by Harry. I was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. I attended Aldo Leopold School from kindergarten through 8th grade. I have attended East High School in Green Bay and am currently in my senior year, graduating this June.
I've been working at McDonald's on Webster Avenue since July 2022. I've worked my way up to a crew trainer position. I work between 30 and 40 hours per week. If you ask any of my managers they will tell you that I am a very hard worker, conscientious, have great attendance, work well in a team environment, have great customer skills and am detail oriented. I take a lot of pride in my job and what I do. The actual job description for team trainer is train people on cash register, customer service, taking orders, cooking food, doing dishes, cleaning, and closing duties. In addition to training people on these duties, I perform those duties myself and float between all of them during a shift, to keep things running smoothly until close.
I save most of the money I make for NWTC in the coming years. I am getting into the electrical program there, which is something I've been interested in doing for some time. The money I don't save, I spend on my car, which I've almost paid off, thanks to working hard and good money management. I'm looking at having it paid off before I graduate this June.
Northern Electric would be a great place to work for someone with my work ethic and goals. I appreciate the opportunity to write to you about it and look forward to a possible interview where we could discuss the apprenticeship further.
