· Provide technical direction and expertise to operations promoting products and service to Client.

· Support onshore and offshore team to ensure excellence in operational delivery to new and existing clients.

· Focal point for interface between Client and Company, Liaising with Client on day-to-day basis to foster relationship and promote equipment confidence

· Troubleshoot equipment failures to address and eliminate the root cause.

· Provide technical support and manage SLB Subsea crew in the efficient execution from job preparation to close-out ensuring work performance and quality meet objectives.

· Coordinate review of documents; Involve and manage all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

· Perform pre-job and Post Job meetings with crew including AAR, daily communication and feedbacks for successful job execution.

· Conduct performance appraisals vs objectives for crew members, recommend promotion, development or advise actions disciplinary actions where required.

· Ensure Subsea Landing String Services are safely and efficiently conducted from job Planning, equipment preparations, offshore operations, maintenance in between wells and to close-out.

· Maintain and review offshore stock inventory including stock items, surplus items to ensure optimum level for continued availability. Recommend spare parts, modification of equipment and proper selection to sustain/improve equipment performance (reliability, safety, effectiveness & efficiency).

· Troubleshoot equipment failures to address and eliminate the root cause.

· Update maintenance records, investigation findings & prepare relevant SQRs.

· Participate and support QHSE audits, as well as other related external audits, as part of Company’s QHSE Control framework and management system.

· Manage and lead SLB Subsea crew in the efficient execution of routine maintenance and offshore activities and ensure work performance and quality meet requirements.

· Ensure housekeeping is maintained in assigned areas

· Subsea Landing String Services for deepwater Applications(Nigeria Offshores) SenTURIAN for USAN project Nigeria-VXT.

· Onshore maintenance and Offshore Operation of Schlumberger Subsea Safety tools- SenTREE 7(DHCS/SenTURIAN) and SenTREE 3 used for Well Control during- Well Intervention, Well Completion and Testing Exploration Wells(DST), Subsea Tools Also Used as Hydraulic Conduit to Other Downhole tools

· Onshore maintenance and Offshore Operation of Other Optional Equipment used with the Subsea SenTREE Valves e.g. Deepwater Control System (D.W.C.S.), Flowhead and Lubricator Valve etc

· Carry out maintenance and Repair on Vessels-Boats, Pontoons Barges involving Welding and Fabrication, Interpretation of Drawings, Fabrication of Parts, Supervise Welding of parts, Meet Clients on behalf of Company, e.t.c.

• Review technical documentation to complete equipment maintenance and repair.
