Managing three departments (Network, Data Center, Disaster Recovery, and BCP), responsible for ensuring availability to CBI systems and developing the infrastructure. Oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's information technology infrastructure. Ensure that the IT systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement the organization's IT infrastructure strategy.
• Align IT infrastructure with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct technology assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage systems, and data centers.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems.
• Manage IT budgets and resources effectively.
  

Capacity Planning:

• Forecast future IT infrastructure needs and plan for capacity expansion.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs.
  

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
  

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of IT infrastructure professionals.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
  

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments.

• Responsible for overall managing, operation, and maintenance of data center facility. Ensure smooth running of IT infrastructure, including (Physical servers, virtual servers, storage, networking equipment, converged infrastructure, hyper-converged infrastructure, backup, replication, Active Directory, Exchange, file share, power supplies, CRAC, firefighting, access control, monitoring tools, etc.)

• Manage and operate physical servers, passive and active equipment for the computer room.
• IT helpdesk.
• Update website information and news.
