I was a shift lead so it was my responsibility too...

• Make sure everyone stayed on task
• Double check and make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manor
• Take inventory of products
• Do the cash drops at night
• Instructing when it was busy
• Training new people in
• Answering all and any questions from other employees and customers
• Handling anything that was messed up and unhappy customers
• Making sure everything meets the Subway cleanliness standards and guidelines
• Still doing the things that all employees do like making food, sweeping, mopping, dishes and exc.

• I was an EMCEE(Master of Ceremonies)at the state tournament which means I spoke on a microphone and directed the shooting rounds.
