Certificate of Recognition (Culpeper County Sheriffs Office), Culpeper County Innovator Award 2025

On June 5th, the County of Culpeper, Virginia, experienced an unprecedented and catastrophic failure of its core technology infrastructure, resulting in the immediate and wide-ranging disruption of critical governmental, administrative, public safety and operational systems across all departments, which significantly impaired continuity of government operations and presented an imminent threat to public safety and welfare. I was commended for exemplary service, selfless dedication, and upholding the highest ideals of public safety.

On April 28, 2025 I was nominated by my peers of Culpeper County and won the Innovator Award. recognizing my fresh new ideas and creative improvements to how public safety is run.
