Hayley Lynne Anderson

Driven, responsible, enthusiastic and passionate about solving people’s problems. Competed since freshman year in the International Collegiate World Cup of Sales role-play event. I also competed in the University of Toledo Invitational Sales Competition, where my performance resulted in a 7th place finish in the Junior Division. I am not only experienced in the world of sales, but I am also a member of Asbury’s Newswatch 3 Broadcasting Team where I anchor, produce, report, and direct original news shows. I also have experience creating email and social media campaigns from working as a Strategic Communications Assistant for Asbury University.

• National Collegiate Sales Competition (NCSC), Kennesaw State University, March 2023, I placed first Round 1 advancing to quarterfinals. My performance resulted in me finishing in the top 24 out of 136 competitors.
• University of Toledo Invitational Sales Competition (UTISC), Toledo, Ohio, February 2022, I competed in the Junior Division and advanced to the semifinals. My performance resulted in a 7th place finish out of 36 competitors.
• Asbury SEARCH, Asbury University, April 2021, I participated in the Asbury SEARCH Symposium competition where I gave a professional presentation on consumer behavior research.
• International Collegiate Sales Competition (ICSC), Orlando, Florida, November 2019 and November 2020, I competed as a freshman in the Collegiate World Cup of Sales role-play event. Competed as a sophomore in the Collegiate World Cup of Sales role-play event and advanced to semi-finals.
• Training and Guidance (TAG) Leader, Asbury University, 8/2020-12/2021, Served as a leader for incoming freshmen at Asbury University, mentoring and assisting freshmen as they transitioned into college. Held monthly events for freshmen and attended some of their classes with them.

• Northeast Christian Church Youth Mission Trip, Louisville, KY, 07/11/2017, 07/18/2017, Hosted a Vacation Bible School (VBS) for local refugee children; organized a soccer camp.
• English as a Second Language (ESL) Volunteer, Louisville Male High School, Louisville, KY, 08/2017, 06/2018, Tutored middle school refugee children and assisted the teacher with any classroom activities.
• Northeast Christian Church High School Mission Trip, Santiago, Dominican Republic, 07/02/2018, 07/14/2018, Organized a basketball camp for locals and assisted the locals in a construction project for a new missions center.
