  • Directed 1.8 million in funding and resources to Black trans community organizations, artists, and leaders through Arts and Culture, Gender Justice, and Reproductive Justice funding programs.
  • Developed a cooperative contract agreement for Black Trans Fund's inaugural Arts & Culture Program, featuring a dedicated focus on sustainability, capacity building, and self-determination.
  • Expanded partnership programs with Grantmakers for Girls of Color (G4GC HASI Fund) & Birth Justice Fund (Groundswell), to cross-pollinate community care work for Black trans and gender expansive communities.
  • Built a co-funding partnership program to support community mapping led by Black trans and gender expansive community leaders interested in intersectional Reproductive Justice, resulting in a national Black Trans RJ Survey.
  • Represented the organization at conferences and workshops to build relationships with funders, policymakers, practitioners, and researchers on behalf of Black Trans Fund.
  • Established a yearly convening with grantee artists and community partners to expand resource offerings, community connection, and outreach opportunities to network with potential funders and donors.
