I strive to glorify the Lord in all areas of life no matter what the position was. About fifteen years ago I was given the opportunity to serve on staff at my home church. Throughout that time I was blessed to have the training and mentorship to be able to work towards developing the gifts that the Lord has given me. I have found that I work best in an environment with clear vision, goals and expectations. I am a self starter and work very independently. What I find most fulfilling in ministry is the relationships I am passionate about relational discipleship. I love connecting people within the church and in helping them find a place to serve and grow. I believe in fostering a culture of growth, teamwork and excellence with effective communication.
